Festtagsgrüße / Season’s greetings

Natürlich gäbe es auch über die Feiertage genügend aktuelle und relevante Themen aus dem Compliance-Umfeld zu diskutieren. Umso wichtiger ist es aus meiner Sicht, bewusst innezuhalten, zu reflektieren und neue Energie zu sammeln, um danach mit klarem Kopf und Tatendrang in die nächsten Projekte zu starten.

In diesem Sinne wünsche ich allen Kund:innen und Partner:innen sowie Lesern meines Blogs erholsame Feiertage. 2026 wird in regulatorischer und inhaltlicher Hinsicht ganz sicher nicht weniger spannend.

Of course, there would also be plenty of current and relevant topics from the compliance landscape to discuss over the holidays. All the more reason, in my view, to consciously pause, reflect, and recharge in order to return to upcoming projects with renewed focus and momentum.

With that in mind, I wish all clients and partners and readers of my blog a restful holiday season. One thing is certain: 2026 will be no less exciting from a regulatory and content perspective.
