# The Sunburst Band - Moving With the Shakers

Bereits im Februar habe ich hier ja die Erstauskopplung [Rough Times](http://michaelsmusik.mrak.at/2008/02/sunburst-band-rough-times.html?ref=mrak.at) vorgestellt. Nun ist es soweit, nach rund 18 Monaten Produktionsdauer präsentiert der englische House and Disco Star Dave Lee (auch bekannt als Joey Negro) sein neues Album [Moving With the Shakers](http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=278846963&s=143445&ref=mrak.at). Das Album weist eine Reihe namenhafter Gastmusiker auf: Soul Legende Leroy Burgess, Diane Charlemagne und Taka Boom, Schwester von Chaka Khan. Die lange Produktionsdauer hat sich durchaus gelohnt, herausgekommen ist ein facettenreiches Album auf dem jeder Track wirklich hörenswert ist. Von kleinen Verneigungen vor dem East London 2 Step bis hin zu Disco-Stücken, die fast an Earth, Wind & Fire erinnern. Sogar ein David Bowie Cover ("Fashion") lässt sich unter den zahlreichen Perlen finden.
