# Mocky - Saskamodie

Manch einer kennt diesen [Mocky](http://www.myspace.com/mockyrecordings?ref=mrak.at) vielleicht noch von seinem Untergrund-Hit "Sweet Music" aus dem Jahre 2003\. Damals noch eher Hip-Hopper mit elektronischen Einflüssen, ist heute (fast) alles anders. [Saskamodie](http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=303312350&s=143445&ref=mrak.at) ist sicherlich Mockys reifstes und konsistentestes Werk. Fast scheint es, als habe er seine Richtung gefunden. Er und seine Mitstreiter sind großartige Musiker, das vermittelt jeder Ton, obwohl die Arrangements erfreulich unaufdringlich wirken. Musik für die Ohren: der Kanadier mit einem zukünftigen Klassiker des Retro-Pop.
