Über diesen [Blogeintrag](http://www.rottensteiner.at/wblog/it/dont-kill-projects/?ref=mrak.at) bin ich auf dieses kurze Video der Google-Vizepräsidentin für Search Products und User Experience [Marissa Mayer](http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marissa%5FMayer?ref=mrak.at) gestolpert. Marissa berichtet darin wie Google mit fehlgeschlagenen Projekten umgeht. Google lässt fehlgeschlagene Projekt nicht einschlafen sondern wandelt sie getreu der Aussage: “Don’t Kill Projects, morph them!” in neue Projekte um. Eigentlich recht gut nachvollziehbar finde ich.
