Das besondere an dem „User Generated Radio“, wie die Betreiber des Internetportals ihr Konzept nennen, ist, dass es Streamingtechnologie auch für private, nicht-kommerzielle Sendungsmacher nutzbar macht. Ein interessantes Konzept, welches 2008 mit dem "Digital Lifestyle Award" ausgezeichnet wurde.
